A recent article announces that Hitman 3 is currently in development with a staggering budget.
A recent article at Screen Daily claimed that Hitman 3 is in development at IO Interactive with a reported $43.3million budget, suggesting that if this is indeed true that Hitman 3 will be of epic proportions â“ a typical game would cost approximately a quarter of this figure!
The article went on to claim that the game is scheduled for release in Spring 2004 and also announced that IO Interactive are currently looking at partners to produce a feature film based on the franchise.
Naturally Eidos have yet to make any announcement on this, however a sequel isnât surprising considering the staggering success of Hitman 2: Silent Assassin; hopefully it wonât take too long to uncover more information, weâll let you know as soon as we do.
