Eidos confirm the inclusion of tracks from The Notorious BIG, Snoop Dogg and the Black Eyed Peas set to feature in its forthcoming rap-em-up…

Eidos today announced further details regarding the Hip-Hop influenced line-up for its forthcoming PS2/Xbox rap-game, Get On Da Mic.

Following on from a previous announcement, comes news that the likes of The Notorious B.I.G, Snoop Dogg and Black Eyed Peas amongst many others, will be providing tracks for players to âlay down the rhymesâ and try their hand at.

Following are some of the new school tracks featured on Get On Da Mic:

âBeautifulâ originally made popular by Snoop Dogg
âThe Jump Offâ originally made popular by Lil Kim featuring Mr Cheeks
âBeware of the Boyzâ originally made popular by Panjabi featuring Jay Z
âGet Your Freak Onâ originally made popular by Missy Elliot
âHey Mamaâ originally made popular by Black Eyed Peas
âJesus Walksâ originally made popular by Kanye West
âGet Byâ originally made popular by Talib Kweli
âFix Upâ originally made popular by Dizee Rascal
âCrank it Upâ originally made popular by David Banner

It has also been confirmed that US celebrity reporter, Sway, from MTV News will star as the host of Get On Da Mic, whilst The Evil Genius and Hot 97âs own DJ Green Latern are set to ârockâ the turntables throughout the game. Finally Jadakiss, considered to be one of the top lyricists in the rap business and a certified platinum artist, is set to feature in the gameâs advertising and packaging.
