Gamers can lay down lines to classic rap tunes from the early days of Hip Hop from artists such as the Sugar Hill Gang and Sir Mix A Lot, then progress to the Gangster Rap era with tracks originally performed by artists such as Public Enemy, Dr. Dre and Tupac.

Whilst Eidos are holding on to specific tracklists for now, the publisher did reveal ten classic hip hop tracks to TVG that will feature in the game; including:

  • Rapperās Delight as made popular by Sugar Hill Gang.
  • Baby Got Back as made popular by Sir Mix A Lot
  • Donāt Believe The Hype as made popular by Public Enemy.
  • Push It as made popular by Salt-n-Pepa

āFinally a music performance game that captures the essence of rap music and the hip-hop lifestyle. Get on Da Mic combines songs originally made famous by classic hip-hop legends such as Sir Mix-A-Lot, Tupac and Dr. Dre with todayās hottest tracks that are sure to impress even the most avid hip-hop fansā says Chip Blundell, Global Brand Director at Eidos.
