More on this gameAfter a previous agreement to publish NAMCO titles in Europe, EA today announced that it has secured the rights to the Playstation2 and Xbox versions of Soul Calibur 2. Interestingly no mention was made of the GameCube version, suggesting that Nintendo may publish the title themselves in Europe.<br><br>Unfortunately EA have yet to confirm a specific release date for PAL territories, however we’d guess that an autumn release would be on the cards.<br><br>“The original Soul Calibur was one of the best games ever released,” said Frank Sagnier, Vice President of EA Distribution in Europe. “We are extremely excited to be able to expand our relationship with Namco in Europe and other PAL territories and look forward to bringing these exciting games to the market.”<br><br>We’ll do our best to press Nintendo of Europe for a comment. <br>
