Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamuchi has revealed in an interview with Japanaese gaming magazine Famitsu that he is hoping to have Gran Turismo 5 ready for release next summer.

If the trend of previous GTs is anything to go by, he is probably referring to the Japanese release which could precede a European release by a number of months.

The now conventional prologue title to the main game is expected to be released in Europe later this year.

WEll i dont know what to say i hate it and love it.

lol i bet sega boy diddnt think he would have to wait till 2009 maybe even 2010 to play gt5 by that time forza 3 will probably be out with the same attention to detail as gt5

the reason sony keep giving us release dates is so fools like me buy the ps3. i decided to sell my ps3 and stick to my 360.... if the truth be told , i think the nintendo 64 is better than the ps3

pgr4 is a full on arcade racer not only that but its good fun too shame you lot of ps3 fanboys dont look at that besides no racing game is a full on simulation ie you just cant simulate geforces on your self.
