SCEE announce plans to release Prologue Signature Edition in Europe...
The on-off saga regarding the release of Gran Turismo 4: Prologue Edition in Europe was today ended, with confirmation from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) that the game would in fact see a release.
Dubbed Gran Turismo 4: Prologue Signature Edition and scheduled for release in the summer for £24.99; the âgameâ features 46 tests to improve your driving skills and 64 different cars to try out. In addition the European version will benefit from the inclusion of a âMaking of GT4â documentary, which previews the eagerly awaited full title and leaves us asking when, lord when will it finally be released???

We are delighted to be able to offer devoted European fans the chance to play this enhanced Collectorâs Edition of Prologue as they await the release of GT4 later this yearâ.
Originally scheduled for release towards the end of last year, the summer release of Prologue Signature Edition pours uncertainty as to when European will actually see the final game and leaves reminders of the shambles surrounding the delayed-after-delayed release of Gran Turismo 3.
However itâs not all bad news though, as weâre told that youâll be able to use your save game in Prologue Signature Edition as a head-start for when GT4 is finally released.
