GT4 - New Screens News

A selection of new screens from the recently delayed GT4...

Although Playstation owners may not have got over the disappointment of the recent delay to âGran Turismo 4â, weâre hoping that these beautiful new screens from the game will offer some cheer.

Designed to showcase the enhancements being made to the games scenery visuals, we recently put âGran Turismo 3 A-Specâ against the latest title for a quick comparison, noticing Yamauchi-san previous claims about the artistic style being improved instead of relying on technical accomplishment.

âGT3â looks extremely crude by todayâs standards with rough and ready backgrounds and scenic textures that look hideous; in comparison the photo-realistic backdrops of âGT4â vastly improve the overall look.

âGran Turismo 4â has been put back to an unspecified point in 2004, which isnât exactly surprising considering the series lineage; weâll have more news and hopefully a confirmed release date soon.
