US publication reveals some of the visual advancements set to feature in the Advanced Warfighter follow-up...
Ubisoft may have confirmed that a sequel to Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter is in development for release in Spring 2007 during a recent financial report, but very little has been revealed since...until the latest issue of US publication Game Informer.
According to the report, GRAW2 is set to feature visual advancements and details, such as the formation of puddles after rainstorms and dynamic weather, together with improved particle physics that will see dust clouds move more realistically than before. Enemy AI will also be improved over the original GRAW, with enemies seeking out higher ground to gain a tactical advantage against the player. The Cross-Com will feature continued advancements, such as the ability to judge the biggest threat out of several enemies.
Like its predecessor, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 will apparently take place over the course of 72 hours, with the action focusing along the US/Mexican border.
We'll have more news shortly...
