Sega today released the first screens from the PS2 port of the excellent Dreamcast title, Ferrari 355 Challenge. The game is a true fanatics dream, offering a driving experience unmatched by most and the reason why the game was often referred to as a Ferrari Simulation.
We took a quick look at the PS2 version at E3, and came away unimpressed, the visuals displayed poor anti-aliasing and on the whole looked worse then the admittedly stunning Dreamcast original. However thereās time for improvement as the game isnāt due for release until September, on the list of additions include a new chase view adding to the solitary in-car view featured in the original.
Weāll have more on this soon, hopefully the title will gain the recognition it deserves the second time aroundā¦
