AM2 release new details on their Ferrari simulation + new screens inside...
AM2 has released new information on the port of Ferrari 355 Challenge to the Playstation2. The game will offer a number of improvements upon the Dreamcast and Arcade original, including:
- Great Driver Challenge: This mode challenges drivers to race perfectly, without hitting the wall or other cars, anyone who has played the game must know how hard this will be!
- Ferrari Special Movie: A collection of Ferrari movies and images that can be unlocked by progressing through the game, a must for fanatics of the Italian manufacturer.
- Full Replay: Finally full replays of the entire race!!!
- GT-Force Support: The game will support Logitechâs GT-Force steering wheel, for the ultimate experience.
- Objective View: A new external view, additional to the standard in-car view.
The game was always a great title on the Dreamcast and Arcade, offering a true racing experience unmatched by most. True the game was too difficult for most players, but rewarded perseverance. These additions should make Ferrari 355 Challenge more of a game, and certainly one for Ferrari fanatics to keep a close eye out for.
Ferrari 355 Challenge is due for release in Japan on September 26th, no word on a European release as of yet.
