After the relative commercial failure of the complicated âRepublic: The Revolutionâ, itâs good to see Elixir Studios focussing on something a little lighter for their second title.
âEvil Geniusâ allows playerâs to be their very own Dr. Evil as they attempt to take over the world, in whatâs shaping up to be something along similar lines to âDungeon Keeperâ.
