The legal tete-a-tete continues between Epic Games and Silicon Knights as additional details are uncovered...


It seems that the relationship between Epic Games and Silicon Knights continues to be frostier than a bitter divorce battle, as their respective court cases go on.

In addition to a District Court's decision in North Carolina to reject Epic's motion to dismiss Silicon Knights' counterclaim surrounding issues with Unreal Engine 3, US-based industry site Next-Gen has also uncovered further documentation from Epic VP Mark Rein and CEO Tim Sweeney. The declarations from the two heads of Epic continue to insist that Silicon Knights has integrated slabs of UE3 code into their own proprietary engine, and that in certain media outlets, studio boss Dennis Dyack had previously denied that the team were having issues with UE3 during the on-going development of Too Human.

The on-going dispute over Unreal Engine 3 comes as reports of issues with UE3-built PlayStation 3 titles continue to emerge, the latest from Unreal Tournament III publisher, Midway.

Just bought this game and its so repetative. Online is the same as being offline apart from you get to speak to someone. £35 down the drain

I can say it was a let down. Im quite sure I did in m last comment. I thought diablo was a good game but this just wasnt up to scratch considering it was in the making for 10 years lol

you cant say the demo was a let down nore is the game, rent it from your local video store and try out the full game you wont be dissapointed unless your not a fan of diablo you wont understand theres more to it than just killing every thing in sight

Downloaded and played the demo and I was really let down. This game really doesnt special in anyway at all. Looks like the game had been in the making for 10 days not 10 years. Might be wrong about the full version but going off the demo id rather ea... [ Read full comment... ]

why wait 10 days to play it the demo is on xbmarket place just play the demo, if you like it buy it though i wouldnt use a 10 day delay as an excuse not to buy it.
