Eidos Confirm New Titles News

Eidos are enjoying a great start to 2003 as they announce future titles in development.
Almost as well known for its turbulent times on the City Stock Exchange as for their voluptuous female star, Lara Croft; Eidos today urged analysts to curb their enthusiasm over a strong first-half 2003 results.
Shares in Eidos surged over 5.0%, as the UK publishers turned in a £4.4 million net-profit, up from a £2.2million loss in first-half 2002.
With a strong line-up for the remainder of 2003, including such hits as Championship Manager 4 and the hugely anticipated return of Lara Croft in Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness, many are predicting a fantastic full year for Eidos.
During the announcement, Eidos confirmed the development of Soul Reaver 3 for the Playstation2; a new game based on the film The Italian Job for the Xbox, GameCube and Playstation2; and a new property going by the name of Spanx for the Playstation2.
Additionally Eidos confirmed that work is progressing on Commandos 3 for the PC, whilst we wouldnât be too surprised to see another title in a fighting series from a certain UK developer!!!
