One percent of Playstation 2 owners contact EA's customer service regarding Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005...
Recent reports today suggested that EAâs Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005 on the Playstation 2 has had to be recalled. Tiffany Steckler said the reason for copies to be recalled was due to an âunprecedented disc production issueâ. Along with this, she commented "We have had only one per cent of [owners] call our customer service line to report an issue. It's a small number of people that's been affected, but we thought it was better to exchange copies all at once. The fact we're going to the pains of exchanging all copies of the product shows how seriously we are taking this."
With this, one percent of owners, EA have had problems regarding their online servers for Xbox live, and with just announcing a release date for FIFA 2005 on October 8th it looks like EA wonât have a trouble free run up to Christmas.
