Resident Evil 0 begins in the suburbs of Raccoon City, a small town located in the Midwest. Several reported incidences of people being eaten by a strange creature have surfaced. The police department viewed the terrible murders as a top priority and quickly sends in the S.T.A.R.S Bravo team. As the team heads to the scene of the murders, their helicopter begins to have mechanical problems, eventually crashing deep into the forest surrounding Raccoon City.

E3 2002: Resident Evil 0 News

If you thought Resident Evil was impressive think again! Resident Evil 0 is coming and it rocks. New screens inside.

Resident Evil for the GameCube was stunning in every respect, a real tribute to the developer and Capcom for what they achieved. However without much delay new screens come from Resident Evil 0 a prequel to the original game, focused around Rebecca Chambers and a new hero, and set before the Mansion adventure.

The game is set mainly on a train that is making itâs way to Umbrellaâs Headuarters however all goes wrong and zombies start attacking leaving Rebecca and here friend to defend themselves against the undead.

Chris will be getting a demonstration of the game at E3 shortly so check back soon for some hands-on opinions.
