Joint statement announces that Dungeon Siege II has gone gold ahead of an early September release...

Microsoft Game Studios and Gas Powered Games have today issued a joint statement to announce that Dungeon Siege II has now gone gold ahead of its release on September 2nd 2005. Set after the events of its predecessor, Dungeon Siege II is an action-RPG fantasy that follows the journey of a battle party as they try to defeat an enemy determined to take control of the entire land of Aranna.

The game looks set to provide players with a strong narrative and gameplay experience, which will also include a co-operative multiplayer mode.
