Technos Corp. Japan's classic beat-em-up makes an appearance on the test version of Marketplace...
The pre-cursor to Streets of Rage and Final Fight, Technos Corp. Japan's classic side-scroller, Double Dragon, spawned a small host of sequels in the 8-bit era - and even a straight-to-video movie. Now it seems that the original may be about to come to Xbox Live Arcade courtesy of UK-based Empire Interactive.
Checking out the testing/debug version of Marketplace in the last few days, TVG spotted the title listed under the Arcade option. Remembering fond memories of our miss-spent youths, we couldn't resist taking a sneak peak...
As well as the original visuals, the Arcade version also includes an Enhanced visual option, as well as online Co-Op functionality...though there was no sign of a release date.
