This will be the first viewing of Devil May Cry 4 on Microsoft's next gen machine...
Capcom have announced that they will unveil the Xbox 360 version of Devil May Cry 4 at the Leipzig games convention. This follows Capcom's decision earlier this year not to feature Devil May Cry 4 as a PS3 exclusive.
The game series, which has sold over 7 million copies, will see Nero battling demons again as a knight in the Order of Maken. Nero can only assume Dante is a demon when he kills worshippers at a Maken ceremony. He then has to battle Dante and find out what lies behind these evil acts.
"Devil May Cry is one of Capcom's key brands," commented Michael Pattison, Senior Marketing Director, CE Europe, "and Leipzig Games Convention provides an excellent opportunity for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 gamers to get hands on experience of the latest addition in the series that defines stylish action."
Devil May Cry 4 will feature a new gameplay mechanic with its arrival on the next gen machines, allowing Nero's Devil Bringer arm more varied combos and attacks than has been seen in a Devil May Cry game previously.
Capcom's decision to release Devil May Cry 4 on the Xbox 360 as well as the PS3 marks a renewed effort of theirs to attack the Western market, following their successes with Lost Planet: Extreme Condition and Dead Rising.
