Capcom confirms a September release for INAFKING's zombie massacre fest...
Capcom returns to the zombie genre this year with its first Xbox 360 title in the shape of Dead Rising.
Behind the wanton carnage, lies a surprisingly sophisticated system that puts the entire game up against a real-time clock, pitting your progress and challenges accordingly, whilst changing the game dynamically such as making the zombies harder at night. Of course away from all of that there's the simple fact mowing through hundreds of zombies using whatever item is close to hand should be a blast, whether it's spiking shower heads into the back of a zombie or dropping traffic cones onto their heads.
Thankfully it seems we won't have too long to wait before knowing whether the game's substance will last longer then the quick-fix nature of the game, as today Capcom Europe confirmed a September 2006 release for the game.
