Xbox 360 and PlayStation3 join the fray with the return of Far Cry...
Given Ubisoft's multi-format fondness and the lack of PC specialists CryTek this time around, official confirmation that Far Cry 2 will be heading to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation3 alongside the PC hardly comes as a surprise.
Confirmation is about all we know at this stage, though it seems safe to assume responsibilities will fall with Ubisoft Montreal alongside the PC version. There's also no reason to doubt the impressive technology we've currently seen from the PC version will make the translation intact.
With the rough release schedule of fiscal 2008-2009 (April 1st 2007-March 31st 2009), we'd imagine we'll be seeing lots more on Far Cry 2 soon.
