As TVG predicted, an online version of the excellent Xbox racer is heading our way...
As TVG suggested yesterday, Codemasters has today confirmed plans to re-release āTOCA Race Driverā for the Xbox, featuring all-new Xbox Live! online play.
The new version allows up to 12 players to race against each other either on Xbox Live! or by system link. The dedicated Xbox Live! option unlocks all cars, championships and circuits for players to access.
The game comes equipped with the standard selection of Xbox Live! features, including Quick Match, OptiMatch and Friends support, whilst players can also trash-talk over the headset communicator.
Thankfully Codemasters have made the wise decision of releasing the game at the budget price of £29.99; weāre certainly looking forward to taking TOCA online, without shadow of a doubt the game offers one of the finest racing experiences in a videogame.
