Co-op Multiplayer Announced For Serious Sam II News

2K Games reveal the multiplayer co-operation available in Sam`s return...
2K Games has today announced that Serious Sam II is to feature a multiplayer co-operative mode in both the Xbox and PC versions, with 4-players able to battle through the whole campaign on Xbox via Live or System Link and a massive 16-players on PC via LAN or online .
The campaign is set across 40 levels across seven different worlds with a wide ranging arsenal of weapons, munitions, and vehicles as player fight against enemies that contrast between the minute and the giant. All of the elements from the single player will be available in the multiplayer mode although 2K Games have stressed that certain aspects of the game have been tweaked to make it more entertaining for multiplayer action.
The multiplayer co-op is obviously something to forward to but it does beg the questionâ¦as there is only one Serious Sam, what characters will the other players control?
