The 'First Lady' of Britsoft departs the company she founded as SCi Entertainment begins life without Cavanagh...


Following a cataclysmic drop in share price in recent days, SCi Entertainment has today announced that Jane Cavanagh, CEO and founder of the company back in 1988, has left the publisher. Cavanagh isn't alone in leaving the outfit however, as both Managing Director of Studios Rob Murphy and Managing Director of Publishing Bill Ennis have also departed.

Shares in SCi, which is currently listed on the FTSE 250, dropped to record lows of 45p in the last couple of days from highs of 524p a share just twelve months ago.

The freefall began following the board at SCi Entertainment announcing that they were no longer looking for a buyout of the firm, and was compounded with news that Tomb Raider: Underworld had been pushed back from a summer release to a Christmas release.

Global Chief Financial Officer Phil Rogers has taken over as CEO, with North American CFO Malcolm Dunne replacing Rogers in the global position. Following the news, shares in SCi Entertainment has bounced up to 65.50p.

Hope there will be more then ten levels that I've heard. If it does, AoD will still have the longest amount of levels and hopefully if Kurtis Trent returns, please be a cheat called 'Kurtis Storymode'

If Kurtis Trent returns in Tomb Raider Underworld,I want him to have all his animations and moves in the game. PLEASE EIDOS! BRING KURTIS TRENT BACK!

and an Easter Egg in Croft Manor(hole in staircase where the Triangle of Time Clock is in 1st TR Movie and her dad's tent outside in yard of Croft Manor! PLEASE!!!

The cut moves from Aod I want in game(Knock down a Statue using her flip kick move from AoD), lift boxes by herself without grapple,Boxes can be held for ages,walk around holding box and adjust her grip on boxes)(Stealth Moves cut- do a Stealth walk ... [ Read full comment... ]

I hope after Underworld, they either do a TR2 remake or go back to AoD and remake the game but not CRAP PS2 Legend graphics or Crap Keeley Hawes voice for AoD!!! I want Jonell Elliott back!!! and also continue the AoD Trilogy and the Kurtis Trent Gam... [ Read full comment... ]

I also want all the old stuff and secret areas back from TR1, TR2 AND TR3. The next Following:
1. Quad Bike Course from TR3.
2. Crawl,Climbing Bars, Sprint areas in TRU Croft Manor Training Area

Please also put jump switches without grapple, lots of keys,monkey swing move, continous shooting with duel pistols and all the other stuff that made the ps1 tomb raiders and AoD GREAT!!! PLEASE!!
