Capcom Rules Out DMC4 PS3 Extra Content News

Nero and Dante's adventure has a definite start, middle, and an end with no extra bits on the side...

Contrary to some reports emerging towards the tail end of last year, Capcom's Hiroyuki Kobayashi has exclaimed to TVG in a recent interview that there are no plans to support downloadable content for Devil May Cry 4.

Allegedly emanating from an issue of Famitsu, there had been some suggestion that PS3 owners would receive extra PSN content, however ruling that out, Kobayashi-san claimed:

"With DMC4, we feel that we have created a game that has a huge amount of content right out of the box without the need to download extra content."

Perhaps the confusion is a result of the usual Japanese-English translations that plague the forums, blogs, and messageboards across the internet, and all Famitsu were hinting towards was the confirmed appearance of online leaderboards?

Devil May Cry Is Made With Dante And It Will End If They Are Trying Change The Game Play Charecter I Hope We Can Play As Dante In DMC 5

This has got to be one of the best DMC games I have ever played. The minor problems are overlooked by the grand visuals and addicting gameplay.

its a shame that you ain't dante, but it said somewhere you can play as him eventually after completing the game or something among those lines. game still looks awesome. graphics are crazy and gameplay seems more like DMC1(THE BEST ONE) so it should... [ Read full comment... ]
