Capcom confirm plans to shift total operations to CE Europe...
Capcom today confirmed the dissolution of Capcom Eurosoft Ltd as a result of a resolution passed at today's Board of Directors' meeting.
Primarily engaged in the sale and distribution of Capcom titles across the European region, all operations will now transfer to CE Europe Ltd in an attempt to continuously streamline the Japanese publisher's business operations.
The dissolution is expected to be fully completed by the end of March 2007, with little impact expected on the consolidated group financial results of Capcom Co., Ltd.
