Codemasters confirm that the Cricket icon will be making a videogame comeback in 2005 after a five year absence…
Codemasters have today announced that Summer 2005 will see the return of Brian Lara International Cricket, five years after the franchise was last seen. The titles is set to unleash a massive amount of features from One-Day internationals and Test Matches, to Historic Clashes - Practice nets are also included in the game so players can hone their skills and be the best.
Commentary in the game will be provided by Jonathan Agnew, David Gower and Ian Bishop, while the visual style will reflect the current standards in todayâs televised coverage.
Along with Rugby, Cricket themed videogame donât usually capture the feel of the real-world sport so it will interesting to see how much work has been put into the game to create the classic English game.
