Bethesda announce an expansion pack to their hit PC RPG title...
Itâs been rumoured for a while, however last week Bethesda Softworks finally announced that there is a Morrowind expansion pack in the works.
The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal will add new cities and âepicâ sized dungeons, new characters, monsters and a variety of new weapons and items. The game will also feature an improved journal system and an annotated map, which should eradicate some of the problems levelled at the first game.
Tribunal tells the story of a ruthless new king who has taken the throne of Morrowind, whilst an aging god drifts deeper into madness. Into this chaos you are thrust, with deadly assassins close behind you and Morrowind's uncertain future ahead. Your journey will lead you to Mournhold, capital city of Morrowind, to the Clockwork City of Sotha Sil, and through massive, epic-sized dungeons.
Players will be able to add the pack at any point theyâve reached in the original quest so far, so thereâs no need to complete the original game firstly. Itâs estimated that the new pack will contain between 20-40 hrs of new gameplay, depending on how many of the new quests you take up.
There are no plans to release the expansion pack for the Xbox, currently Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal is scheduled for a November release. Weâll have more on this title soonâ¦
