Halo 3 will pick up where Halo 2 left off. The Master Chief is returning to Earth to finish the fight. The Covenant occupation of Earth has uncovered a massive and ancient object beneath the African sands - an object who's secrets have yet to be revealed. Earth's forces are battered and beaten. The Master Chief's AI companion Cortana is still trapped in the clutches of the Gravemind - a horrifying Flood intelligence, and a civil war is raging in the heart of the Covenant.

Battle Scarred Halo 3 Discs Free To Replace News

Microsoft confirms that any scratched discs from the Limited Edition version of Halo 3 will be free to replace until the end of the year...


As Xbox 360 gamers continue to finish the fight in Halo 3, Microsoft has today confirmed that there is an issue with the Limited Edition cases of the shooter, which has led to some gamers receiving scratched discs inside their matt black boxes.

The publisher has announced a scratched disc replacement program for gamers affected - though it doesn't extend to the Legendary or Standard editions of the game.
