Lionhead confirm the postponement of Intrepid Computer Entertainment’s intriguing Xbox title…
MCV UK has today reported that Lionhead have taken the decision to put on hold Intrepid Computer Entertainmentās Xbox title, B.C.
The decision to put the project on indefinite hold, has reportedly resulted in the closure of Intrepid Computer Entertainment, with Lionhead now trying to absorb as many staff as possible to assign to different projects.
Despite impressing from a technical standing, doubts as to the actual gameplay that B.C encompassed continued to surround the title, with a source close to the project recently claiming to TVG that āthere isnāt exactly a game there yetā.
As the Xbox nears close to its final few years, the timing of the release was also questionable, with the game still relatively early in the development phase; itās claimed that the project could find itself resurrected on another platform, with the Xbox2 being touted as this stage.
