Customisable, online, cel-shaded racing action from Capcom heads to Microsoft's machine later this year.
Auto Modellista on the PlayStation 2 gave us a very interesting, if slightly flawed gameplay experience. With not enough one-player game to get your teeth into, and the PlayStation online plans still in their infancy this one was perhaps a tiny bit ahead of its time.
This October, according some online retailers, will see the release of an XBox version, however this has yet to be officially confirmed by either Capcom or Microsoft. If the game makes use of XBox Live! and the hard disk for storing lots of custom graphics and allowing trading, downloading and all of that other stuff that Capcom are hopefully trying to fit in, then a nice niche could be carved out for this gorgeous game.
With the ability to trash-talk other drivers and a smooth online experience, then this could be the best iteration of this now multi-format game; we'll keep an eye out for official confirmation...
