Activision Gives UK CoD Fans Limited Edition News

Bonus DVD on the world's top Special Ops team, art book, and more feature in the UK version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare's Limited Edition...


Activision has today confirmed that UK gamers will get their own version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Limited Edition. Bundled together with a poster of Infinity Ward's upcoming shooter, an art book, and the mandatory 'Making of...' documentary, the Limited Edition will also see a feature-length DVD that charts the SAS Special Forces team, based in Hereford.

Available for Xbox 360 and PC from November (together with standard editions on both formats and PlayStation 3), news of the UK-centric Limited Edition comes weeks after the publisher revealed its plans for a special edition release across the Atlantic.

PC owners will also be able to download a free strategy guide to the shooter, which has been written by BradyGames.

Because Halo players cant handle the amount of people that have dropped off to play Cod4, i like Halo Just not as much as I like COD4, Killing beasties is ok but...gets a bit....well....dull

The patch added new features as well as important hosting changes. It wasn't just issues, it was making the game better. Maybe the PS3 will get something similar down the line too.

Neither Halo 3 or COD 4 are based on anything true to life at all. Great to see this patch now out though. Hopefully it'll help those sniper rifles especially, because I've found them to be SO hit and miss on that game. Also looking forward to seeing... [ Read full comment... ]

cod 4 is much better than halo but the halo series is better i never like cod until this came out, great game
