Activision Announces New Titles News

Further Call of Duty, Guitar Hero and Tony Hawk games in the pipeline for Activision Blizzard...
Following what could possibly be the most surprising news of the year (Activision and Vivendi Games' merger), a fact sheet detailing the finer points of the merger has revealed Call of Duty, Guitar Hero and Tony Hawk sequels.
While the fact sheet specifies Guitar Hero IV and Call of Duty 5 games, it doesn't go into quite the same detail for the Tony Hawk title, merely referring to it as a "New Tony Hawk". The paper also refers to new games that will utilise Activision licenses. These include DreamWorks, Marvel and James Bond games.
The games taking advantage of Activision's pre-existing Marvel license will doubtless include a Spider-Man title or two, although the James Bond game is a bit of a head-scratcher. Perhaps a film licensed game of the next Daniel Craig Bond film - due out next year - even though no games were released alongside 2006's Casino Royale.
The fact sheet also refers to the newly anointed Activision Blizzard's "entry into racing with Bizarre". Clearly this refers to Bizarre Creations (fathers of the Project Gotham Racing series), a studio recently bought by Activision. Perhaps Activision Blizzard will combine Bizarre Creations and their DreamWorks license to create Shrek Racing... We hope they don't.
