Ok so the person that commented below me is totally wrong. I was under the same impression that if you upload your own music, you could get lyrics and what not.. but NO! You can't, at least at the point, maybe it will be something that they will add later. Pretty much, you will be playing your own music in "freestyle mode"  so you are singing along to the words that you remember from songs you like to a video of your choice... Wait.... can't you sing along to your own music for FREE??? Of course you can! What else is the car for?  THey counted on buyers overlooking the fine print. It is such a waste, and the songs... are in a word.. Terrible! Especially if you don't like popular music, shoot me for not liking Beyonce, or Lil' Mama. What a waste of $70. Skip it, and use the money to download songs for Rock Band or Guitar Hero. I really wish I could get my money back.

so ps3 fanboys lol your realy lame as this has only just come out and basicly unless your a girl, gay, or just love singing games your guranteed to hate it, and the fact your comparing it to singstar on the playstation just shows your a playstation fanboy freak. i know everyones entitled to there own personal opinion but when they havnt even played it ect and slate it saying its a singstar clone is just rubbish.

if you want to know how many games have been cloned in the history of video games the list would be endless not only that but completly pointless fact is no new game is origional as there has been a game of similar type on either the same console or another.

ill keep my opinion of this game to my self even if i havnt played it yet i have played rock band and to say the least if all singstar is nothing but pop songs or crappy rap music then ill clearly say songstar realy sucks especially as lips has the ability to use mp3's and add the lyrics so you can sing your own songs (a true karaoke machine) or just find out the lyrics to any songs you want to know the lyrics to, can singstar do that NO.
