Not a great one but when you have to kill Ponsonby in the final mission of Albion, you're in the middle of Hyde Park. It is cordoned off by fences. Jump (jetpack) over the fence and just slightly out of the range of the agents. Ponsonby will try to run through the fence and you can just zap him to your hearts content. He will still shoot you sometimes but it's nothing that your shield can't handle. If people have already found this then I'm sorry.
