ok, this is the way i killed the train, i went to the farthest paratrooper away from me, i switched to granade launcher, and got on the 50 cal. i shot the train until he was pretty much beside me i got off shot the train with the granade launcher, swotched to another guy, shot the train again 3 secon burst form 50 cal got off, and shot the train with a granade, and kept doing that until i killed him, it took me to get him 3/4 of a way to station and i kieeld him.

That level took me a long time to beat it but i did it. before the train appears shoot with the turrets it will decrease the life of the train. Then when its close use the grenade luncher and then hotswap to the other guys and use the grenade luncher dont bother trying to reload
