Cheat Gnome

Press L1, R1, Up, X, R2 during game play. The Cheat Gnome (Plumb Bob Trophy) will now appear on the lots and the following codes may now be enabled.

9,999 Simoleons

Enable the Cheat Gnome code, then press R1, L1, R2, Right, Left during game play. Select the Cheat Gnome, then Interaction/Location: Give Simoleons.

All lots unlocked

Enable the Cheat Gnome code, then press Circle, L2, Left, Circle, Up, Circle during game play. Select the Cheat Gnome, then Interaction/Location: Unlock/Unlock All Locations.

Advance time by 6 hours

Enable the Cheat Gnome code, then press Circle, Square, L1, Up, Down during game play. Select the Cheat Gnome, then Interaction/Location: Advance 6 Hours.

Set Skill level

Enable the Cheat Gnome code, then press Triangle, Circle, Square, R2, Left during game play. Select the Cheat Gnome, then Interaction/Location: Change Skill - [name]/Change to [number].

Development team picture

Press Right, Down, Right, Down, Right at the title screen. Note: The cheat gnome is not required for this code. A Sim voice will confirm correct code entry. Alternately, press Left, Right, Down, Right, Left, Right, Down at the title screen. A Sim voice will confirm correct code entry.

Mode switch

Press Select to toggle from Direct Control mode to Cursor Select mode. This very useful during Freeplay mode.

Controlling a dead Sim

Kill your Sim. There are a lot of ways to do this, but starting a fire is the fastest. Once your Sim is dead switch, to direct control (if not already in it). As a dead Sim you can walk through walls and talk to Sims. Terrorize, Wail, and Possess are social options dead Sims can do. Unfortunately you cannot actually possesses Sims out of social mode. These social options have no effect on other Sims, but are funny. You can also challenge the Grim Reaper in fiddle challenge. You have an unlimited number of chances to try this. If you win, your Sim will become alive again. You can also pay the Grim Reaper 100 Simoleons for a Back To Life Ticket.

Unlocking clothes

Get your Sim's relationships to 100 with everyone. Every time you raise another relationship to 100, you will unlock a new article of clothing.

Business career bonuses

When you get to level 6 in a job you can ride in a limo. When you get around level 9 you will get to fly in a helicopter.

All clothes

Enable the "Cheat Trophy" code, then press Square, R2, Down, Right, Square.

Death Roast

To kill your Sim on The Sims 2 for PS2. Go to the refrigerator, select group meal ingredients. Select these 4 ingredients.

1. Lamb
2. Orange juice
3. Squid
4. Red snapper

These 4 ingredients together will make a Diabolical meal that everyone who eats it, throws up, and then dies. Have fun!

Die with a cool fasion

If you have already unlocked the costume trunk pick a cool outfit from it .( it doesn't matter which one you pick) Then kill yourself, fires are fastest. When you die you will be wearing the costume you died in. Happy Cheating!

Black Mail = Cash

If you get to a negative relationship with someone and get to -90 then you can use Black Mail the person you black mail wil give you some money! Happy Cheating! Go Terps!
