TVG has teamed up with THQ and Relic Entertainment to bring a sneak peek of the new units set to feature in the forthcoming Dawn of War: Dark Crusade expansion pack. This week takes a look at the Daemon Prince, a malevolent being born from the destructive power of Chaos and one of the most powerful beings found on the battlefields of Warhammer 40,000.

Daemon Prince


The Chaos Lord can call on the Chaos Gods to grant him powerful gifts over the course of the game. These gifts take the form of upgrades that make your Chaos Lord stronger. The final gift that a Chaos Lord can request is the privilege of ascending to the exalted state of a Daemon Prince.

A Daemon Prince is among the most powerful beings that can be found on the battlefield. A Daemon Prince is massive in size, and is a formidable warrior with many powerful daemonic abilities. The transformation to a Daemon Prince can tilt the balance of entire games.

Because this upgrade is such a massive boost, a Chaos Lord can only upgrade into a Daemon Prince in Tier 3.

Combat

The Daemon Prince is a juggernaut on the battlefield, and sweeps most opponents aside easily. But the Daemon Prince is also very susceptible to units that specialize in killing monsters and Daemons.

Special Abilities

Daemon Roar - The Daemon Prince breaks the morale of surrounding enemies with a fearsome roar.

i dont know how to get all the teams in multplayer, and i get only two, necrons and tau and i am not a player of either, isnt there a patch to slove that problem????

yes i was playing the game and entered a cheat i got of the enter net UNLOCK ALL THINGS and i got a virus on my com it froze and there was naked cars with wires and everything showing it was sooo nasty ewww!!!!!!!!!

Ok I have solved the problem I was having with DOW Dark Crusade. When Dark Crusade asks for a 4 number group cd key it is really asking for the "Dawn of War 1" cd key. NOT the "Dark Crusade" cd key. After that it will ask you for ... [ Read full comment... ]

i keep getting the message: this application failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. reinstalling the app may fix this problem. I tried that and it still doesnt work. wat do i do plz help!!!!!!!!!
