Players design their villain using a similar innovative character creation system as in City of Heroes, with billions of different size, color and styling options. Players then work their way up the ladder of a villain organization in order to gain super powers. Once endowed with super abilities, players enter Paragon City and begin their own reign of terror.

TVG and NCsoft have teamed up to offer 1,000 lucky readers the opportunity to play City of Villains now...

City of Villains is going live on 31st October but TVG have teamed up with NCsoft Europe to offer TVG members the opportunity to play the game now! We have 1000 (yes, that's right, one thousand) key codes which give access to the European Beta for the world's most dastardly game. Each key code will give one lucky member 24 hour a day access to the game immediately. And you should rush to get in now, because the beta closes next week.

NCsoft Europe is looking for megalomaniacs, masterminds and even genuine gamers to help push the servers to capacity in the final run-up to launch. Plus, this is an excellent opportunity for TVGers to see City of Villains ahead of the masses, and get in on the hero vs villain action.

City of Villains will provide players with a chance to play the âbad guyâ in the comic-book inspired world created by Cryptic Studios. Take on the role of super-powered villains and create your own character using thousands of power and costume options. Then battle heroes and become a true menace to society while plotting your way to world domination.

Once in your account you will see a link at the top of the page to Claim your free City of Villains beta key. Simply click on the link where you will find instructions and your UNIQUE Key. You can always return to this page to check your Key.

They still won't learn though. They talk about bonuses, but still won't say what the bonuses are. So the bonus will be :Slight increase to Accuracy.
What is slight? 2%? 5%? And for that matter, what was Accuracy in the first place?
