TVG checks out Acclaim's replacement for the Burnout series...
Having lost the third title in the acclaimed âBurnoutâ series to EA, up comes âJuicedâ an original racing title from an all new game development studio set to show how Burnout should have been!
Looking unsurprisingly similar to âBurnoutâ, Juiced is all about the car and how well you drive at the highest possible speeds. As you progress through the game youâll be able to equip mods in real-time allowing for even faster and more dangerous races. Integrating a whole new community aspect to the racing genre, players will be able to share the action by recruiting other drivers to become part of their team and race against the competition.
Borrowing from the likes of âProject Gotham Racingâ, Juiced introduces a âRespectâ system which is linked directly to the way the player controls his crew. Players can control up to three AI drivers with commands varying from Push Harder, Back Off or Hold Position. There will be a whole host of missions from finishing in all top positions, beating an opponent and thrashing the best time.
