We take a quick look at Conker's big return...

Conker the infamous Squirrel from the Nintendo 64 days is set to surprise us once again with a completely new adventure filled to the prim with naughty adventures and a whole stack of one-liners to keep us all pleasantly amused.

Conker will debut on the Xbox in March 2005; with his first adventure on the Xbox renamed to Conker: Live and Reloaded. Although the game was on show at E3 last year (2003) we have seen very little since. Thankfully the silence has paid of as the visuals on show this year are leaps and bounds beyond the previous demo release.

Using Xbox Live!, Conker: Live & Reloaded will feature intense deathmatch and an all-new single-player campaign. Players will be able to select from six different character classes including Skyjockey, Long Ranger, Grunt, Demolisher, Thermophile, and Sneaker, each with their own unique abilities and weapons competing in warfare across multi-mission campaigns covering Old and Future War. Utilising team-based gameplay itâs the mouthy Squirrels against the evil Tediz with up-to 16 players in each battle.

As an added bonus Rare will be including the critically acclaimed single-player game âConkers Bad Fur Dayâ in the final release; which as Rare fans will know features extra scenes not found within the N64 version.

Conkers: Live & Reloaded is certainly shaping up to be more impressive then when we first laid eyes upon it last year; weâll have more information soon.
