Set one year after the events of the original title, Ryuu ga Gotoku 2 (Yakuza 2) is set for a Japanese release in December...
Western gamers may not have gotten their hands on the original yet, but SEGA has already confirmed that a sequel to Yakuza is nearing the end of development and will be released in Japan in early September.
Speaking to Japanese publication Famitsu, the company has revealed that the game, Ryuu ga Gotoku 2, will take place a year on from the events of the first game, and will include a number of new features such as a revised combat system.
Yakuza is set for release on PlayStation2 during September; we'll have more news shortly...
