Xbox 360 dash update finds its way onto the net as Microsoft warns against downloading it...
We've quite happily said goodbye to the old Xbox 360 dash with its cumbersome blades and clunky setup, thanks to Microsoft's preview program. However, it appears that the trial has come at the cost of the new interface being leaked and making its way onto dozen of torrent sites across the internet.
If you're tempted to discover what the NXE is like and contemplating transferring the torrent onto a USB stick, heed Major Nelson's warnings:
"If you get your hands on NXE and you are NOT in the Preview Program. You won't be allowed on LIVE."
Now you wouldn't want to find yourself kicked off Live when Gears of War 2 is just around the corner, would you?

lol if this dumb a.ss move by microsoft actually happens (live annual subscription up to £80 a year) then considder the 360 100% dead, they should lower the cost not up it like they did with the arcade in september (was £130 now £160) and its all to do with the euro exchange only the in the UK we use pounds not sh.it.ty euros.
