From the creators of Mario Golf and Golden Sun comes a new golf title for Wii...

Between Wii Sports and Tiger Woods, you'd have thought Wii owners would have plenty of choice when it comes to swinging on the virtual green. Capcom seems to think differently however, with confirmation of their next Wii title We Love Golf!

Developed in conjunction with Camelot, creators of the original Everybody's Golf and the Mario Golf series for Nintendo, the latest announcement reaffirms Capcom's commitment to the sports genre with the release of MotoGp 07 fast approaching.

In light of specific details on the title, Capcom nonetheless confirmed that sales of its first Wii title, Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition, have surpassed 750,000 worldwide as the Japanese publisher continues to strengthen its commitment to Nintendo's platform.

Yeah I agree - RE5 should be released on Wii - it'll certainly sell better on it anyway.

Why shouldn't RE-4 Wii Edition sell that much? It should sell even more. Its phenomenally good. The Wii controls really improves that game and it has all the content with higher resolution textures/graphics than the PS2 edition and supports true widescreen.

750,000 of RE:4, a 3rd remake of a game that cost nothing to make because it reused it assets? Now that, my friend, is success for a 3rd party. They are raking in the dough on that.
