THQ Confirms PS2-PSP Functionality For Smackdown News

Latest WWE wrestling title enables data sharing between the PSP and PlayStation2 versions...

THQ has today announced that the PlayStation2 and PSP version of WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2006 will have data sharing functionalities making a playerâ??s profile compatible on both Sonyâ??s home and portable consoles. As well as the ability to share season data between the two versions (thereby enabling gamers to continue their squared-circle antics on the move), players will also be able to share characters, championship belts, even an as-yet-unannounced WWE Legend from the PSP version onto the PlayStation2.

The WWE Tour is currently in the UK (see thq.co.uk/into/competitions for further details on how to win tickets to the event), whilst PlayStation2 and PSP owners can look forward to getting to grips with WWE Raw vs. Smackdown 2006 on November 11th and December respectively.
