THQ confirms the development of the next Smackdown vs. RAW for next-gen, handheld, and PS2...
THQ has today confirmed the development of WWE Smackdown vs. RAW 2008 for Xbox 360, PlayStation3, Wii, PSP, Nintendo DS and PlayStation2. The 2008 instalment will mark the first time that WWE will feature on PlayStation3 following the decision to release the 2007 edition on Xbox 360, PlayStation2 and PSP exclusively, and despite a trailer for last year's game playing at the PlayStation3 stand in E3 2006.
A number of tweaks and features are being added to this yearâ??s instalment, including the ability for players to adjust the amount pressure being pressed onto opponents, and the ability to play ECW (Extreme Championship Wrestling) superstars.
â??We are extremely pleased with the success of the SmackDown vs. Raw franchise and its continued growth to a widespread audience, particularly in our European markets,â? said Bob Aniello, senior vice president, worldwide marketing, THQ. â??With the addition of fresh, innovative game play on the Wii, the tremendous capabilities of the PLAYSTATION 3 system and unique handheld experiences for Nintendo DS and wireless devices, gamers can now truly live the life of a WWE Superstar and choose from numerous ways to play.â?

WWE Smackdown vs. RAW 2008 has been pencilled for a release during the autumn.

Tag your partner with A. Get up on the turnbuckle by running towards it and hitting a. You get your partner to tag you back in with the a button while he's near you. I found out all of this by going into the move set for my created character. Just hit create modes, create moveset, created superstars, and pi tvg rules! . This shows pretty much everything. Or, if you aren't using a created superstar, pick who you do use. But it should be pretty much the same across the board.
