Bungie don't appear to share the same humour as Microsoft over the Halo debacle...

Having previously revealed Xbox' Don Mattrick's attempts to downplay the Halo postponement, an interview between Eurogamer and Bungie's Harold Ryan today painted an entirely different picture.

When asked for his thoughts on the decision, Ryan responded, "Keeping things clean, I certainly didn't agree with the decision to delay our news until sometime after E3."

"Bungie is always concerned first and foremost with our fans. Whenever we are prevented from exceeding their positive expectations it is not a laughing matter."

Far be it for us to suggest slight discontent amongst the ranks, however Ryan's comments do seem to imply a considerably different outlook to those of Microsoft.

Of course knowing the typical hyperbole that surrounds Halo and Bungie, TVG wouldn't be too surprised if this was all part of the ruse to expand upon the gargantuan levels of hype that surrounds anything related to the Master Chief.
