With all the attention currently focussed on when Epic will release the eagerly awaited Unreal Tournament 2003 demo, we’d all but forgotten about Unreal 2. <br /> <br /> Shame on us, thankfully these new screens from Infogrames quickly reminded us how gorgeous this title is looking. The new screens also highlighted a name change, from now on Unreal 2 will be known as Unreal II: The Awakening, not Unreal: Episode 2 as had previously been claimed. <br /> <br /> Having previously scrapped the multiplayer mode in the wake of Unreal Tournament 2003, we’re looking forward to a strong story-led single player title. <br /> <br /> Unreal II: The Awakening isn’t due for release until September, so we’ll be taking a closer look at this one in the not too distant future. <br />
