SEGA pushes the PC version of Universe At War: Earth Assault into 2008...

It seems PC and Xbox 360 gamers will be able to play together sooner than initially planned with the second Games for Windows - LIVE title, with confirmation that the PC version of Universe at War: Earth Assault has been delayed until January 2008.

The delay pushes Petroglyph's RTS nearer to the Xbox 360 intended release, although no official reason has been cited for the delay.

Hopefully SEGA's RTS will have more luck than the first Games for Windows - LIVE title and we won't see Petroglyph forced to shut the doors soon after the game's release.
