Naughty Dog says that more single-player content is "a possibility", although the studio is focussing on multiplayer DLC...
Speaking in a recent interview from Spike's VGAs, Naughty Dog's Co-President, Evan Wells has indicated that the studio will be focussing on multiplayer content in its future DLC for Uncharted 2, while more single-player action is merely "a possibility" at this stage.
"Well, that certainly is a possibility but right now we're focusing on multiplayer," Wells commented when Joystiq asked whether any campaign DLC is on the cards. "We're working on some new maps, we have a couple of new game modes in the works, and a lot of skins. So we're going to focus on that right now," he continued.
So far, Naughty Dog has released one new map and two skins as part of two portions of multiplayer DLC for Uncharted 2. We're keeping our fingers crossed that the developer will add a new chapter or two to the single-player at some point, although we're not holding our breath.

Anyone who's downloaded and played in the multiplayer DEMO, not "beta", knows it works perfectly. I've heard nothing but praise for the single player campaign as well. Excellent reviews all around.

I'd rather they continued to focus on a strong single-player experience, but as long as they create that then I'm not going to turn down co-op.

Despite my initial scepticism over this news, I think multiplayer could work. I'm more interested in the co-op, but deathmatches could be fun, so long as in doing this the single-player mode does not suffer.
I'll probably be buying inFamous anyway, so I will be interested in checking this out.
