Microsoft announce lengthy delay to the most anticipated Xbox title in Japan…
Largely seen as the only hope for gearing up interest in the Xbox and Xbox Live! over in Japan, Microsoft Game Studios today made an announcement which is going to come as a major disappointment to Japanese gamers.
Originally scheduled for release in spring 2004, Microsoft Game Studios has today confirmed that the forthcoming MMORPG â??True Fantasy Live Onlineâ?? will not make it until Winter 2004 at the earliest.
Itâ??s believed that the delay is because Level 5 want to ensure they release a perfect game, and that the extra time will be spent fine tuning the game; however it has to be said that creating such an ambitious title will have many ups and downs, you only need to look at the release of â??Final Fantasy XIâ?? to realise that such a title is a hard one to crack.
